Community Guidelines
Effective from: 2026-09-03
Last updated: 2026-09-03
These Guidelines apply to every community application operated by Clanflare Solutions Private Limited — every post, reply, message, voice note, live session and voice room inside it. They form part of our Terms and Conditions. Breaking them can cost you your access.
Each community also has its own culture, set by its creator. Where a community publishes its own house rules, they sit on top of these — they can ask more of you, never less.
1 · What we promise you first
Rules read better when you know what they are protecting. Here is what we hold to.
Nobody here is graded on their English. We do not rank, score, grade or gate any person’s voice, accent or fluency. Not in a leaderboard, not in a badge, not in a hidden score, not ever. We will not build that feature. If you speak badly and survive it, that is the product working.
Voice rooms are never recorded. No audio from a voice room is recorded or stored, at any point, under any circumstance. There is no archive, no replay, and no file that anyone — including us — can go back and listen to. Say the sentence wrong. It is gone.
The other side of that: because nothing is recorded, we cannot listen back to settle a dispute about what was said in a room. If something happens, report it while it is happening, or immediately after, and tell us who and when.
This is an 18-and-over space. Every account must belong to a person aged 18 or older.
You will always be told why. If we remove something you posted or restrict your account, we tell you what rule it broke, and you can appeal it to a named human. Section 7.
2 · The line — what is never allowed
Do not post, upload, share, send or say anything that:
Harms a person
- harasses, bullies, threatens, stalks or intimidates anyone;
- attacks a person for their religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability, region, language or accent;
- promotes or celebrates self-harm, suicide or an eating disorder;
- publishes another person’s private information — phone number, address, documents, photographs, messages — without their consent;
- is obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit, or is sexual content involving a child in any form;
- is invasive of another person’s privacy, including their bodily privacy.
Harms a child
- anything harmful to a child, in any form. There is no threshold and no context that makes this acceptable. It is reported to the authorities.
Breaks the law or endangers the country
- anything unlawful under Indian law;
- anything that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, its friendly relations with foreign States, or public order;
- anything that incites a cognisable offence or obstructs the investigation of one;
- anything promoting enmity between groups on grounds of religion, race, caste or language with intent to incite violence;
- anything relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or the promotion or advertising of a real-money online game.
Deceives
- impersonates another person, including a creator, a moderator or anyone from Clanflare;
- misleads anyone about where a message came from;
- knowingly spreads information that is false, misleading or fabricated;
- runs a scam, a pyramid scheme, a fake giveaway, or any offer designed to extract money or data.
Takes what is not yours
- infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, patent or other rights;
- posts content that belongs to someone else and that you have no right to post.
Attacks the platform
- carries a virus, malware or any code designed to damage, interrupt or limit any system;
- attempts to break, overload, probe or circumvent any part of an Application or its security;
- scrapes, bulk-extracts or harvests content, member profiles or member data.
This list follows the categories Indian law requires every intermediary to prohibit, under Rule 3(1) of the IT Rules, 2021. It is not a complete list of everything that can get you removed — judgement still applies.
3 · Voice rooms and live sessions
Voice rooms are live and shared. Behave as you would in a room full of people, because that is what it is.
- Do not record. Not the audio, not the screen, not on another device. Others in the room have not consented to being recorded, and we have promised them they are not being.
- Do not dominate. Leave room for people who are working up to speaking.
- Do not correct someone’s English unless they ask. Encouragement is welcome. Correction, from a stranger, is usually not.
- Do not use a voice room to sell, recruit, or pitch.
- Leave when asked. A moderator’s instruction in a live room is not a negotiation.
- Where a room is restricted — by tier, by gender, or by any other setting the creator has configured — do not attempt to enter it or misrepresent yourself to get in.
Mute yourself when you are not speaking. Everyone can hear the room you are actually in.
4 · Money, selling and other members
- Do not solicit other members. No selling, no recruiting, no direct messages pitching a service or a course, no affiliate links, no “DM me for details”.
- Do not ask members to pay you outside the Application, by UPI, bank transfer, messaging app or cash, for anything connected to this community.
- Do not share, sell or rent your account or your access. One account, one person.
- Do not post financial, medical or legal advice as if it were professional guidance, and do not post trading calls, betting tips or investment schemes.
- Do not promise anyone an outcome. No one here — creator, moderator, member or Clanflare — guarantees a level of English, an exam result, a job, an income or any other result. If somebody tells you otherwise, report it.
5 · Your content
You own what you post. You are also responsible for it.
By posting, you confirm you have the right to post it, that you have the consent of anyone identifiable in it, and that it does not break any law or anyone’s rights.
Do not copy content out. Recording, screen-capturing, downloading, republishing or reselling a creator’s lectures, a live session, a voice room or another member’s posts is a breach of these Guidelines and of our Terms.
How we use what you post is set out in Section 13 of the Terms. In short: we host and display it so the software works, and for nothing else. We do not put it in marketing without asking you.
6 · How we enforce
Who does what. The creator’s moderators run the day-to-day queue for their own community — they review reports, remove content and apply warnings. Clanflare operates the tooling, holds the final power to suspend or terminate an account, and acts directly where the law requires it.
What can happen, depending on what you did and whether you have done it before:
| Step | What it means |
|---|---|
| Content removed | The post, reply or voice note comes down. You are told which rule it broke |
| Warning | A formal notice on your account |
| Feature restriction | You keep access but lose a surface for a period — posting, or voice rooms |
| Suspension | Access paused, for a stated period |
| Termination | Access ends. Unused paid time is not refunded where the cause is your breach |
We do not always start at the top. Anything involving a child, a credible threat, sexual content, or a serious crime goes straight to termination and, where required, to the authorities.
Automated filtering. Text posts pass through a rule-based filter before they publish. It is a blunt instrument, not an intelligence — it will miss things and it will occasionally catch something harmless. It is not a warranty that anything is safe. If it blocks you wrongly, appeal it.
Legal removals. Where we receive actual knowledge of unlawful content — from a court order or a government direction — we act on it within 36 hours, as the law requires. That is separate from this enforcement ladder and is not something a moderator decides.
7 · Reporting, and appealing a decision
Report something
Every post, reply, voice note and member can be reported from inside the Application. Use it. For anything urgent or involving safety, also email support@clanflare.com with the community name, what happened, and when.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local police. You cannot reach emergency services through an Application.
Appeal a decision
If content of yours was removed, or your account restricted, suspended or terminated, and you think it was wrong:
Step 1 — Support. Email support@clanflare.com from your registered email address.
Step 2 — Grievance Officer. Escalate to:
| Name | Sidhant Shahi |
| Designation | Director and Grievance Officer |
support@clanflare.com — write GRIEVANCE in the subject line | |
| Phone | +91 94227 99646 |
| Address | Clanflare Solutions Private Limited, Plot No. 14, Village Saroorpur, Industrial Area, Faridabad, Haryana — 121004, India |
| Hours | Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 IST, excluding gazetted holidays in Haryana |
We acknowledge within 24 hours and decide within 15 days, with reasons.
Step 3 — Grievance Appellate Committee. If you are not satisfied, or we have not responded within 30 days, you may appeal to a Grievance Appellate Committee under Rule 3A of the IT Rules, 2021, within 30 days, at gac.gov.in.
Copyright complaints follow their own route — Section 13.10 of the Terms.
8 · Changes to these Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines. Material changes are notified in-app before they take effect, and the “Last updated” date above always tells you which version is current.
At least once every three months we will remind you:
- (a) that you are required to follow these Guidelines, our Terms and our Privacy Policy;
- (b) that not following them can lead to your content being removed and your access being suspended or terminated; and
- (c) that where content amounts to an offence under law, including under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 or the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, we are required to report it to the appropriate authorities.
Rule 3(1)(c) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended, requires this.
